Danse Lumière is holding an award ceremony for Wendy Whelan, Associate Artistic Director of New York City Ballet, in New York City on October 4th to recognize her achievement and leadership as a woman director.
Due to concerns for the spread of Covid-19, the event is kept small and personal, having guests by invitation only. Sidra Bell is invited and has confirmed her attendance.
This event is co-sponsored by Djerassi Resident Artists Program in California.
