We will be presenting a conversation on women choreographers, highlighting Sidra Bell, on April 8th at 7 PM at Martha Graham Center of Contemporary Dance in New York City. With the surge of women in leadership in dance and choreography, this will be a compelling conversation. We plan for a brief presentation of Bell's work at the event.
Roszak invited Bell to be a part of the "Women Directors, Choreographers, and Composers Award"
ceremony held for Wendy Whelan, Associate Artistic Director of New York City Ballet, in New York City last October.
